The book Poèmes choisis contains poems by Gabriela Mistral translated into French. This copy was signed by Mistral and dedicated to the Chilean writer and architect Pedro Prado in 1946. It was number 5 of a limited edition of 200.
The book was donated to the Nobel Prize Museum by Heraldo Muñoz, Chile’s former minister of foreign affairs, in 2019.
